After seeing the sale at Sierra Trading Post for Pantherella socks, I picked up a few pairs and have been giving them a go the last few days. I'd heard that their construction and materials have been going downhill in recent years after being bought by a larger company, but to be honest, the slip can't be too bad.
I obviously can't give you can report on durability yet, but the socks wear beautifully. They come all the way up to the base of my knee, and I didn't have to tug at their tops once the entire day. The footbed is lightly cushioned, so it both fits easily into a pair of oxfords and keeps your dogs comfy. Add a handlinked toe, with no raised seam to speak of, and you're on your way to hosiery heaven. And, at their current price, you can't go wrong at all.

I too have seen a lot of posts on socks recently, I wonder if it is the time of year, heading into nicer weather, but I like nice socks, both style and feel. So at christmas I don't mind if I get socks every year, not bought a pair of pantherella socks before may have to give them a try
